The black panther currently lives in the rainforest. It hunts animals with its claws to trap its prey, and it moves with speed. In the future, the black panther will go underwater because its diet is mostly fish and plants. This is because the sea level is rising. It has less fur to not soak up much water, and also to prevent heat. It has aqua fur to camouflage both on land and underwater, so it can blend in with plants and the water. It will develop a beaver-like tail to defend itself and help it swim faster. It has webbed feet to pedal through the water and stronger legs to run on land faster. It has a slender body to slip through water and gills to help it breathe underwater. When on land, its stronger sense of smell helps it catch prey.
