In the future, climate change will affect the environment of the Keel-Billed Toucan which forces them to adapt. Due to trees getting cut down the Keel Billed Toucan will have more dull claws because it does not need to grip onto trees anymore. Deforestation will also cause their beak to lose its color, since the sun will hit the toucan's beak more often causing color loss. The toucan’s wings will grow bigger because they will have to fly around more due to deforestation. The Keel-Billed Toucan will also have webbed feet in the future because they will spend most of their time on the ground where the rain is because there are no trees to sit on. Because of climate change they will lose a lot of their prey. Keel-Billed Toucans will probably become prey to other animals because they will not blend in with their new surroundings at all.
