The three-toed sloth is a neotropical mammals. They are located in tropical rainforests. The three-toed sloth is a Mammal with a round head, a short snout, small eyes, long legs, tiny ears, and a stubby tail. Their mouths are shaped in a form that makes it look like they are smiling. You can tell the difference between males and females because the males have an orange patch of fur located between their shoulders. These sloths live in the tropical rainforests of Central and South America. They live for about 25-30 years. Over the past years, sloths evolved from 2 types to 6 different types. 100 years from now, we predict that sloths will evolve into having bigger and sharper claws along with more fur/hair. It’s habitat of trees will change so therefore they are forced to adapt to it’s new habitat and climate.
