Future Creature
The green anaconda that you know now, may not be the anaconda you know in a million years. Today they look like a type of green that helps them camouflage. But in a couple million years or so they might not need that color anymore. Because of sea level rising they will need to swim more to eat. Right now they eat deer capybara and aquatic birds, which are all mammals but more water means more fish to eat. Now anacondas can swim about 16 km and they can hold their breath for about 10 minutes. And staying in water for so long they might need gills to hold breath longer and,a webbed tail to help them swim faster. And that is what I think will happen for the green anacondas in a million years when global warming hits amazon rainforest.
