Future Yellow Eyelash Viper

Today the Yellow Eyelash Viper adaptations are crucial for its survival. The viper’s color variations are pink, red, yellow, and green and has brown speckling all over the body of the snake. The viper lives in Costa Rica, but due to global warming it will become a savanna so the color of the yellow viper will narrow down to linen beige and smoky green with larger speckles. The size of a viper can reach up to 2.5 feet. However, due to heat increasing the snake will more likely increase 10-20 feet in size. That means the fangs, will get larger so the snake will be forced to use them. That also means they’ll need stronger venom because their diet will have increased. Animals that the Eyelash Vipers will consume are Jaguars, Howler Monkeys, Tapirs, Spider Monkeys, and Caiman. As you see there will be many changes with Global Warming.
