Ring Tailed Lemurs have adaptations that help them survive. Lemurs live in the forests of Southern and Southwest Madagascar. They are most known for their big tail with white and black stripes that helps them balance while playing. They eat mostly fruit and plants. They have strong legs that help them when they are jumping in trees and have sticky pads on their hands.
In the future Lemurs will have to adapt to global warming and their environment will become a savanna. Having to adapt to this environment, Lemurs will have to be nocturnal so they can play without being in severe heat. Their tails will become small because they are not needed. It will also be a light brown so they can stay cool. Their legs will also get small due to the trees drying up and they will have claws. These are the things Lemurs will adapt to.
