At first, these frogs live in the water until they metamorphize. Then they climb up trees to live as tree frogs the rest of their lives. At this point, their skin color turns into light green with blue striped sides. Climate change effects would dry the water where they develop which would make their legs unnecessary because they don't have to jump or swim. Their skin color would darken to blend in with their surrounding environment. The frog would also develop a poisonous outer layer to protect them from predators.
