Tree frog evolution

Red eyed tree frogs live in tropical rainforests usually living in the canopy and leaves staying camouflage. They normally eat bugs like crickets. In the future I imagine them learning how to dig into the ground under water. I believe that they would grow gills to breathe underwater due to rising sea levels. I think that they would start building their homes underground due to deforestation. I believe that they would evolve to be more blue to blend in with the water for hunting and hiding purposes. I think that they would eat small fish and bugs on the surface of the water. Their feet would get bigger to make swimming easier.
