The Evolution of the Chameleon

I am a panther chameleon, an animal that has adapted to many major changes over time. I live in the rainforest, a biome that is full of predators and prey. I have developed the ability to change the color of my skin to camouflage to hide from prey and attract mates (Physical adaptation); I have developed eyes that can pin-point fast-moving prey (Physiological adaptation); and many others. In the future, the warming climate will mean a lack of resources, and new predators. This is why I will develop gills to live underwater to find resources. Since many storms will occur, I may develop claws to hang on. Every living organism may become of a darker color due to pollution. Every resource will be important for survival in the future, and the Panther Chameleon is ready to adapt to all these changes.
