Future creature essay Anaconda

My animal's present habitat is the Amazon rainforest and its predicted future habitat is a dry desert. The reason why I think the Amazon rainforest will turn into a dry desert is because people cutting down the Amazon makes more Carbon in the Atmosphere, which makes earth hotter which makes the Amazon dry out. The adaptations I think my animal will have is it will have sandy colored scales, its scales will grow tougher, it will eat bigger prey since there is a little amount of food, and it will get venom to take down bigger prey.
