My rover works by using solar power and has solar panels on the top. To get the dust off the solar panels it has windshield wipers that will every hour wipe off the dust that the rover has accumulated. To pick up regolith it has a small scoop on the bottom that will lower and drag on the ground to scoop the dirt up as the rover drives. Once it senses that the scoop is full it will retract the scoop and send out a signal that tells the people controlling the rover that it can be moved to the final destination and the regolith can be retrieved from the rover.
