The Gaea Lunar Module is a compact rover designed to collect and transport lunar regolith. It has a large steel base and fat, grooved wheels. Below the base is the battery pack and any computer parts. On the front of the base is a large servo housing. On the servo is a large, (carbon fiber) tube ringed with magnetic wire at regular intervals. This “elephant trunk” is used to suck lunar soil with the magnetic field created by it. The soil is then sucked into a compact steel storage crate. This storage crate is removable and interchangeable for ease of transport. Along the top are 2 short-range antennas and 1 long-range antenna so that astronauts can remotely pilot it. That is a thorough description of the Gaea Lunar Module.
