The name of my robot is Ragu. Due to the thickness of the lunar regolith, Ragu’s index finger on his left hand operates as an electric drill. Ragu can dig up the lunar regolith and gently grab the particles and put them in the container on the front of his body. An extra feature for the container is that it examines the regolith by scanning it and looking for magnetism. Ragu will solve the problem of lunar dust by using a lunar surface magnetometer to locate the high levels of magnetic lunar dust. Next, Ragu will use a lunar dust magnet to collect harmful grains of dust without it messing with Ragu’s system. Due to the density of the regolith, a few trips to collect all the regolith is needed. In conclusion, Ragu will succeed in collecting and moving lunar dust.
