P-2122 robot collects and transports regolith. Arm rotates and collects regolith using electric motors and linear actuators. Two-part shovel (capacity: 47.25 cm3) at the end of arm puts regolith into large container (capacity: 391.5 cm3) in middle of vehicle. Robot transports more regolith in fewer rounds. There are four cameras with lights to monitor the arm and shovel, and two cameras with lights that monitor the front. Cameras oscillate around. Solar panels in the front attached to an arm can oscillate, and collect energy from sun. Arm can fold up with solar panels. There are two protection panels to cover solar panels. Energy from solar panels charges primary and backup batteries. Two tracks are powered by two sprocket wheels and each have their own electric motor, in total four motors. Tracks have rubber pads for grip. Both sides are protected by panels. Track bogies provide ground clearance.
