The temperature in Antarctica is very low and the ice is very hard. It is difficult to break hard ice because the rover is light. Eva Tank melts ice with electromagnetic waves, turns into steam, and then condenses it to harvest water. This method has 250% more efficient than collecting with ice (Figure 1). Regolith is so dry that it is very difficult to physically collect it without dust. Moisture regolith remains at the bottom of the cylinder after harvesting water with the Eva Tank. So, frozen regolith can store in a container without any dust. The container is fixed to the Rover by an electromagnet. At the base, the container will be unloaded by an electromagnet crane. To prevent regolith dust from spreading, a rover body is covered and will run slowly.
