My moon rover will have a giant shovel with claws on the bottom. After it scoops up some regolith, an attachment will cover the shovel to keep the regolith from falling out. Then, the shovel will move over to a box with sensors. That way, when the claw comes to dump the regolith into the box, it opens and all of it will get inside. Then, the claw will leave to dig up some more regolith, and the box will close. The rover will collect a large amount of dirt and it won’t fall out because it has a lid to it that closes when the regolith is in. My rover will deal with lunar dust by making the tires something that makes lunar dust stay away. The name of my rover is “The Dr. Seus Digger”.
