My lunabotics design has many different features that can help bring H3 to earth. My design will scoop with a bucket-like shovel, that will be able to scoop out the dust. .. My robot design will handle dust because there will be a dome where you are sitting that can connect to my project to protect someone from the dangers of the dust. My robot will scoop a little dust at a time but after scooping for a while, you will have the H3 that you are looking for.
