My robot will have an attached shovel that will be programmed to pick up the lunar regolith. My robot will carry not a whole lot of lunar regolith at once but not a little bit either, it will carry a decent amount in between so that the robot’s battery won’t die. Since the lunar regolith is “sticky” my robot will have a protection layer put over the robot so the dust doesn’t get into the robot. Some things I put on my design are a camera to take pictures, sensors to detect where it’s going, I added a jar to keep the lunar dust stored, and a shovel/scoop to get the dust into the jar.
