For the Lunabotics Junior NASA contest I created a 3D design of a lunabot. It is called Solarbot. It is made to drive on the moon and collect lunar regolith. It has a scoop/claw machine that collects the lunar regolith. Solarbot has treads with a non-stick coating so that the regolith will not stick. It has the non-stick coating all over the body of the robot, so that the static-like lunar regolith will not mess up the coding. The coding is inside a chip that can be found in the center of the body of Solarbot. Solarbot has a solar panel across the top of its body that collects solar energy to gain enough power. My lunabot will help humankind learn more about the ever growing universe.
