The sander would use the scooper and scoop out the dust fan the dust away and walk over with its legs to dump it out. The solar panels would power the whole rover. The twister at the bottom would turn the rover around to were it needed to go, and finally the sander has a lid over the top of the scooper so when the rover moves the lid will keep the dust inside.
