The Factuality rover has a vacuum that sucks up the moon dust and can help if it gets on its side along with the lever on its back when the chamber that holds the dust gets full it will be pushed out by the same mechanism it used to suck the dust in. Because the rover will be controlled from earth it has a camera and solar panels to power it. It also has tracks instead of wheels to keep it from getting stuck.
