It Uses water to wet the grown so the dust dose not come up and effect the machine. It is on wheels but we have 8 misters so when the wheels run over the ground it is wet so will not disturb the dust and mess up the cameras and other important parts of the rover. I have solar panels, Camra, Grabers, booster, legs, and a storage.
