Lunabot Challenge: Wilbur
My lunarbot is 3.5 feet in size. This is so that it wouldn’t be too big.
Physical Design-
My lunar regolith would be 3.5 feet. my lunar regolith will scoop/ dig by using a special shovel I added. My robot will move the lunar regolith by using the wheels and body I made.
Operational Design-
My robot will carry about six trips of dirt in just one trip. This is possible because I made my robot big enough to be able to hold up to 150 pounds of dirt.
Special Features I added-
Some special features I added to my lunarbot are: 2 different cameras. I added 2 different cameras so the people back on earth can see better. Another special feature that I added is a shovel. I added a shovel so that my Lunarbot can scoop up the dirt while it’s moving.
