My Rover will have a large non-stick shovel on the front that has an arm that has a bucket on the back that will hold a regolith. It will have large wheels with spikes to break up larger rocks. It will also have solar panels on the outside of the bucket. The rover will be made out of titanium with a 5-foot compartment for the Lunar dust. I will also put an automatic motion opening top for the shovel to put the dirt into. It will also hold helium three on the bottom under the bucket in a small tank that fits on it. There will be a small vacuum inside of the helium tank. Then, I will install a microwave inside the bucket that heats it up to 600 degrees celsius. Lastly, My rover will carry a lot of lunar dust but not very slowly. Called the Scooper.
