My robots name is Serenity. This robot can be controlled by NASA from a remote, NASA can control the robot from a nearby base. Can run on battery pack. The speed of the robot can very depending on what its doing. When its digging soil it can work slow, when its taking the soil back it can speed up. The wheels can have grip to keep itself on the surface. The temp needs to be in-between 127C - -173C it can have temp control for when its hot/cold. One active technology to keep the dust outta the way would be to use fans, they can blow away the dust and it can have an air tank. To be able to dig the soil it can have a drill & then a scooper to pick it up. It can also have a storage tank to hold the regolith
