Innovation will use a drill to collect Lunar regolith, with a filter to sort out the lunar dust. It will be autonomously controlled but can be remote-controlled in case of emergency. There will be solar panels on all sides of my robot. There will be a special coating on the robot to prevent lunar dust from sticking to it. There will also be air compressors as an active dust technology. To keep balance, my robot will be short and wide. The regolith collection system will be in the middle with the technical system around it. The tires will have a chevron pattern to gain traction. There will be varying speeds depending on the terrain and will automatically stop if it gets stuck on something. The robot will be made from titanium alloy which can withstand extreme temperatures. There will be a heater/cooler inside the robot to regulate the temperature.
