My rover will be programmed by scientists the evening before the next day to move certain places, and change temp/speed depending on the Moon's surface. Our power system is solar panels, and mmrtg (converting heat into energy). Rover has foldable, flexible, heavy, rubber long-step-wheels. Back wheels are slightly heavier with two solar panels. Battery system on the side which is telling us the battery life remaining. To dig, a scooper arm is used with a conveyor belt and a drill is placed underneath the rover. On the interior, for passive dust technology, we have aerogel insulated to keep the perfect temp. Exterior of our rover is secured with spacesuit material, protecting rocks, and dust. Windshield wipers placed over cameras for active dust technologies. The rover can change speed and direction. Our rover has a site on the Southern pole where the soil will be stored by the conveyor belt system.
