This rovers main body would be made of components such as carbon fibers and synthetics, along with some metals such as titanium. This would help make it a stronger base, and make sure it doesn't break. It would use an eMMRTG for its main source of power, and would have batteries as its source of backup power. The batteries could also provide weight to make sure the whole rover is balanced and will not tip over, empty or full of regolith or ice or anything else it needs to pick up. For the wheels, they would be made of a tough rubber or plastic, wrapped with metal to help grip the surface of the moon, and to help it not ruined by the Lunar surface. The drill would break down the Lunar soil into smaller clumps that it could store in the back storage compartment.
