the rover will be controlled by humans on earth using a computer. its power system will be solar panels and a nuclear battery if something happens. it will have a trapezoid shape so the mass is more even. the rover will move at about 2mph. it will have like snow-tires with chains. it will be made with carbon-carbon and will be insulated with titanium and aluminum. its passive technology will be electrostic micro-texture overlay. and its active technology will be pressurized air to blow the dust off the rover. it will have a drill on the bottom of it that drills into the ground and collects regolith. the it stores the regolith inside of it
