The design I have is a tank-inspired rover with tread-like tires and a bucket drum system with little hooks at the bottom of the treads, picking it up as it goes by. There is also a thin trapdoor layer underneath these hooks, when not collecting soil. There are limbs, or robot hands to grab or sample anything if needed. The cameras and limbs are all retractable, and the rover can easily into “shell” mode, when in danger of dust storms or other danger. The entire body is made of titanium and pure carbon fiber, including the vents and limbs. The rover also contains a shovel up front slightly angled downward to pick up incase the bucket drums go unresponsive. The rover will also have a lower center of gravity to prevent falling over due to steep angles and powerful storms. There are many more magnificent features that have gone unmentioned.
