The robot will be remote-controlled and it will be powered by batteries that can be recharged by solar panels. The robot will be split into two parts; wheel part and the main body. The wheel part will have a drill that digs into the soil to keep it from falling. The robot will be slow and steady. The robots wheels will have a certain design on them, to help with it's traction. It will be made out of carbon fiber for the base and wheels, titanium for the engine, and car-cooling stuff. It will have a clear cover that covers the whole robot from dust. It will have a scooper arm to dig and excavate lunar soil.
