This robot is made out of Aluminum and Titanium. It has a trencher blade to dig into the moon’s surface and a chute that sucks up the regolith and shoots it into a bucket. It has solar panels to power it, and a backup battery box. The solar panels are on the side of the robot so they can be in the sun’s light throughout the day. The robot has a steel covering, and the chute that blasts the regolith into the bucket also blasts compressed air over the robot to protect against lunar dust. The robot also has tread wheels to cope with the harsh terrain. The robot is controlled by someone on the ISS with a remote control and has a 360-degree camera so the person controlling it can see where they’re going on the moon. The robot is made of sturdy metals to deal with extreme temperatures.
