Believe

Believe is a futuristic rover that can accomplish tasks that are necessary for the Moon. To begin with, Believe can move lunar soil by keeping it inside of its body, and transporting it to a destination. In addition, Believe would be able to carry lots of lunar regolith per trip because the storage compartment takes up most of its insides. Believe's wheels and its storage compartment both have spikey bumps to prevent a lot of static cling. The camera has windshield wipers to clean the lens, so our scientists can observe what Believe is doing. Last but not least, Believe would use a drill to first go a little deeper into the lunar surface, then it would use the vacuum to suck up the dirt. Believe uses solar panels to keep it powered. To summarize, Believe can help build a moon base so that we can accomplish our necessary tasks.
