Luna Vacuum

My design is a vacuum with wheels. The vacuum will be in between of the wheels, which will be 2ft tall(the vacuum will be 1 ft tall), and will be taller than the vacuum, that way if it goes over a bump and falls, the vacuum will be protected. In order to vacuum, you will need to have an oxygen tank in order to have the vacuum suck up the dust. The entire machine should be black that way it absorbs radiant energy, the vacuum should also use solar panels instead of batteries.
