The Persephone is an all-terrain, low weight, highly customizable & highly optimizable lunar rover. It is approximately 3ftx1ftx1.5ft. It's powered by a 250-watt solar panel, giving it up to eight hours of continuous usage, which is also used to power its excavator-Esque boom arm, to deposit soil into its front storage compartment. The Persephone has 6 wheels, all powered by a NASA Electric motor, being steered by its front 2 wheels. The Excavator arm can be swiveled 360 degrees by using a servo mounted on the body of the Persephone, allowing quick and easy mining and depositing. It can reach a speed of up to 20mph on the surface of the Moon, depending on its battery charge.
