RCDD

RCDD will have a silicon carbide shell to help it deal with the lunar south pole. It will have scoop wheels that have a changeable filter on them so only lunar regolith can enter the capsules used to house the lunar regolith. The wheels can be changed into tracks (and the scoops folded in) to get over rough surfaces. It will have a low center of mass so it can maintain balance on the rough surface of the moon. Its max speed will be 10mph so it can't ramp off a crater wall and fly off into space. It will also have a anti-dust coating to cover it from collecting dust. A vibrator will also act as a dust repellent. RCDD will have two solar powered changeable battery's as to keep it alive during the night, It will be fully autonomous, but it will have overrides in case of emergency.
