The Super Scooper is a very simple design. Similar to its name, the scooper has a retractable door at the front of it that comes down whenever the device gets to the regolith site and "scoops up" the material as it moves across the land, so it'll naturally be pushed into the body of the scooper. When the device is full, the door will close and the scooper will retreat to the depositing site, where the door will reopen and retract below the device. Then, an internal piston will push out any regolith onto the site and the door and piston will retract. The device will run on a battery that can be charged, maybe at a solar-powered recharge station. The motor and wheel dust guards will be made of insulators to dispel static electricity. The wheels will have spokes to aid its movement and be controlled remotely through antennas.
