My robot has a digger to scoop large and decent chunks of soil or ice to put in its storage containers. It is also equipped with three power sources. Just in case one goes wrong. These power sources are a solar panel, a generator, and a fuel tank. For starters, the robot dumps the dirt after being scooped into a sizeable bucket-like container which filters the dust out of the soil. After that, a strong vacuum lifts the dirt slowly into the storage containers. To combat the build-up of dust on the outside of the robot, it is equipped with three magnets specially designed for lunar dust. Once the magnets pull the dust away from the critical points of the robot, such as wires, energy sources, etc., it will dump all of the dust off the robot, and it will repeat this process until no dust is left.
