My robot is designed to carry lunar regolith without being affected by lunar dust. It moves on three tank-like treads, with two in the front and one in the back. To repel lunar dust, my robot utilizes a system of magnets, with two on the sides, two sweeping magnetic arms in front, and a magnetic filter where collected regolith enters. The magnets will start the journey attracting lunar dust, and then switch poles to repel it. The side magnets will repel any dust from the regolith container, while the arms and filter in front will make sure no dust enters inside the container. To collect lunar regolith, there is an arm that will move in front of the robot and loosen the soil. Then, there is a scoop that channels that regolith into a container on top of the robot while the robot moves over the loosened soil.
