This is a solar powered rover that uses the cylinder at the bottom to scoop up lunar soil and then store it inside. The solar panel is located at the top, and it is covered by a thin layer of glass that protects it against the moons harsh conditions. It has small cameras that are on all sides of the rover, so the person controlling it can view everything around him.
