Grover

The Grover has three mini robots to carry the lunar regolith back and forth from the place where they store it. While one is off transporting regolith, the others are being filled by the conveyer belt which is being filled by the attached foldable scooper. When the mini-Grover's are being filled they are being charged at the same time with their charging stations. To protect itself from dust, it will have compressed air in the vital areas of the vehicle. The Grover has a camera on top so it can be easily remote controlled. It will vary its speed depending on terrain, with a top speed goes of 10 mph. To manage the extreme temperature on the Moon, it is made of aerogel for insolation, titanium, and aluminum alloy tubing.
