The non-walk is where it well cant walk and because of his disability to not walk it can also be used to a advantage. The advantage is that if you place it on a spot that has the most regolith and it will collect untill it is full then astronauts could go and pick it up and then return so it can be automated and still collecting but every once and a while it will need to be collected / taken for the regolith.
