The Luna 2,001 rover has thick, textured wheels so that it can move across rough areas. To deal with the regolith, Luna 2,001 has a shovel on the front that moves it to the bin on the back. In order to dig, my rover has a shovel near the front that moves it to a bucket on the top for scientists to study. In case it gets dark, Luna has a consolable headlight on the front. On a pole attached to the top, Luna 2,001 has a camera that takes pictures for scientists to study. My rover has a compass in case it gets lost. On the top, Luna 2,001 has an expandable solar panel that powers it. Luna 2,001 is controlled by a scientist on Earth using a remote control.
