My robot uses a drill to cut through the regolith. And all the dust the drill creates is captured in one of the two regolith containers. The wheels on my rover are large ones that can travel over any rubble or through any craters and other obstacles that it may overcome. My robot is supposed to carry small amounts of soil but can retrieve more regolith quickly. Also to avoid the lunar dust I would think a good material for this rover would be platinum fiber-like, because it is super light and super sturdy. For energy my rover uses solar power but is sent to the moon with a full battery inside of it. Also for navigation my rover has a software built into it with a map of its destinations. And finally the Rego-Drill has an axel underneath that pushes it up to go downward and drill.
