Project Athena

Project Athena is a moon rover. It has a mast with a camera and a low gain antenna . In the front it has arms to move objects and hazcams to be safe. On both sides it has wheels and a wheel brush to wipe off lunar regolith. On the underside of the rover it has a scooper with a vacuum attached. The rover will stop and scoop up the regolith and then the vacuum will turn on and suck up the regolith. It will go into a holding container in the rover. On the back of the machine there is a door to dump out the regolith, the front wheels lift and that causes the regolith to fall out. The power source that I choses was nuclear power. The rover is controlled by a robot driver on earth.
