The Digger

The Digger is a robot that is within the boundaries of 3.5 feet x 2 feet x 2 feet with the objective to move lunar regolith from the moon to the Artemis base. The robot has tracks that allow it to pass difficult terrain. It has an excavator mounted on the chassis with 360 degrees that allows it to scoop and access the soil better. On the back of the robot, there is a storage area for soil and an area for solar panels. The arm can extend and retract which allows the robot to have maximum reach while still remaining protected from lunar dust when not in use.
