The track device makes it move. The heart on the front symbolizes that its fully charged because the bucket on the back is a solar panel, which is how it charges. The scooper on the front is how it picks up the lunar dust. On side of the head is a cylinder full of electricity, the electricity is transported through the rainbow tube, into the head, and to the scooper. To remove lunar dust from the scooper the electricity uses lots of electrons , that shoot out streams of negatively charged, and low-energy particles. Which make it so it won’t stick, and it will come off easily. It will help easily transport lunar dust from place to place while on the moon.
