Grüner Kobold

The Grüner Kobold has a 3 three wheels which can change gear to a 3 wheel drive to a 2 wheel drive , and includes a excavator with an arm like mechanism that allows it to pick up rocks from multiple directions. In order to prevent dust the rover could have something similar to elephant skin which can take in and absorb dust because of its tough skin like pattern. The tires grooves around the edges that allow the rover to move freely.
