My rover design is practical and useful as its materials are lightweight but strong. It has steel wheels which are sand proofed thanks to a ball joint mechanism. It has a sturdy frame and a big battery (400000 kilowatt/hour) and is solar powered with nuclear backup. It has a laser drill which will cut through regolith with precision and heat. It has a thermal camera and each wheel is individually powered for better turning capabilities. The body is mainly carbon fiber as it is light and durable, it also has some tungsten and steel for structural support. It has a small built-in lab, similar to the Perseverance. On the bottom it has a camera to look for a flat area for a good spot for landing. With the camera’s information it makes a 3d model of its surroundings and sends it to NASA.
