The Dusty Lunar regolith collector is a rover that is meant to collect samples by using a robotic arm to scoop the regolith and put it into a delivery system. The rover remotely navigates either directly on the terrain or by flight with the use of thrusters and a shielded onboard camera system. The samples are retrieved by using gas to eject the samples at the base.
